1. Eat a protein-rich diet
The amount of protein in your diet may have an impact on how quickly your hair grows. Particularly if you are a vegan or vegetarian, you should keep a check on your protein intake. You require 1 to 1.6 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day. Eating beans, legumes, eggs, and other protein-rich foods are a few ways to meet your daily protein needs. You can also drink a protein shake.
2. Combat vitamin deficiency
Your hair growth may be impacted by a lack of vitamins and minerals such as vitamins A, B, C, D, and E, iron, and zinc.
